If fish are dying in the bag, it is advised that you do not go through any lengthy procedure to get the bags emptied. Immediately open the bag, remove the dead fish and begin copping water from the receiving facility into the shipping bag. Rapid acclimation is stressful, staying in the bag is fatal.
