DMSO Dimethyl Sulfoxide Uses in Animals Veterinary With Dogs and Cats

DMSO Dimethyl Sulfoxide

DMSO or Dimethyl sulfoxide is an antioxidant byproduct of manufacture. Well. Now it’s not hustled in from papermills. It’s manufactured as DMSO for DMSO and it’s used in lots of areas of medicine and science. In particular: If you ever got “stem cell” therapy, your stem cells were stored in DMSO. It allows viable stem cells to remain viable for YEARS. How’d you like that dramatic graphic of DMSO?  Hahahaha

And since it’s used a LOT, in people, science has dug up all kinds of facts and factoids on it. Many brave drug-company scientists have done their best to prove DMSO is useless and can’t hold a candle to the “octoxonoctixaxib” from Feizer. (That’s a metaphor for all the random shite they’re coming up with and pushing out there for us to try these days). Anything for our health except eating healthy, doing actual physical work, and having an ACTUAL purpose on behalf of other people.

To wit:

  1. Produce a random bias-tested product, patent and brand it, and push it.
  2. Sell 10B of it.
  3. Get sued for 1B
  4. Keep 9B
  5. Repeat.

DMSO is different because it is and always was cheap. And it was discovered long ago. And it’s not patented and everyone can get some. DMSO On Amazon if you want.

The top FOUR uses for DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide) in veterinary practice at JVS are, in order:

  1. Prevention of necrolysis of tissues in copperhead envenomation (Topical and SQ)
  2. Hepatoprotection and anti-inflammation in liver disease, reversal of icterus (SQ and IV)
  3. Rapid control of almost-necrotizing fluid chronic and acute diarrhea in dogs (SQ or IV)
  4. General anti-inflammatory fluid additive for arthritis in elderly dogs and cats

I collected some studies and things. These are just reprints and curated them here in this page for your enjoyment. Well actually my enjoyment later.
