Food Allergies? Because Your Dog Has Antibodies to Chicken?

So they have figured out that we can make antibodies to gluten, yeasts, dairy products and most other proteins that we ingest. And that it’s normal for most people. And for the longest time, when we found antibodies to these proteins we’d call the dogs and cats “allergic” and hope to clear up their skin problems by withholding these proteins. With limited success. Why? Because antibody / tine / blood testing for allergies is fraught with challenges.
