I was talking to a personal and professional friend about her dog who chipped a tooth.
“There isn’t a chipped tooth that needs to be pulled. They need to be left in.
Veterinarians will tell you “a chipped tooth can allow infection into the tooth we need to pull it”.
They won’t tell you that it’s one dog out of 1000 that’s gonna have a problem.

I’ve been reading on Nextdoor for a couple of days and I’m sick of seeing neighbors getting raped by corporate medicine. It’s a fucking bloodbath out there.
Part of me is jealous, because they can do it apparently without a guilty conscience. And I’m jealous of the fact that if I practiced that way, I could bank my retirement in the next two years.
Instead, I’ll probably be working for nine.
And part of me is infuriated because it makes veterinarians look bad to be such fucking ambulance chasers. Making every little thing into such a profitable venture.”
